Each week, we focus on a new milestone, and through it, you will build your personalized HEART Chart—a tool that gives you clarity on where you’ve been, where you are now, and how fear, self-criticism, and doubt may have influenced your choices. This chart is not just a worksheet—it’s a mirror to show you what you’ve overcome and how much courage you already have inside you.
The Five Milestones
1. Fear – Removing the Roadblocks to Happiness
Fear has a way of stealing joy—convincing us that happiness is something we must earn, something that will only come when everything is “perfect.” But fear is not protection—it’s a thief. We’ll uncover the ways fear has influenced your decisions and gently begin reclaiming the joy that was always meant for you.
2. Self-Criticism – How to Let Go of the Inner Critic With Love
What do you say to yourself when no one else is listening? For many women, that inner voice is the harshest of all. It’s time to rewrite the words you’ve been telling yourself, replacing self-judgment with something kinder, something truer.
3. Faith – Nurturing Your Faith
Faith doesn’t disappear—it gets buried under fear, under doubt, under everything life has thrown at you. This milestone is about rediscovering that faith, not because everything in your life is perfect, but because God has never stopped walking with you.
4. Self-Compassion – Learning to Love Yourself as God Loves You
Many women don’t even know what self-compassion looks like. You’ve been taught to be strong, to push through, to give to everyone else first. But God loves you fully, exactly as you are. If you can see yourself through His eyes, you’ll understand that you were never meant to live without kindness toward yourself.

Some days, it may feel like your life has been reduced to a diagnosis or a trauma. But your life is not a series of random events—it has always had purpose. Every trial, every moment of uncertainty, has shaped something inside of you. This milestone will help you see your story differently—not as something broken, but as something meaningful.

Why I Created This Coaching Program
There was a time when I needed someone to sit with me and just understand—not just listen, not just counsel, but truly know what it feels like to carry pain that won’t let go. I went to therapy, and while it helped, I needed something more. I needed a roadmap, not just a place to talk.
