Heart Space

Heart Space

“Your mind is a sacred companion, woven into the heart, body, and soul of who you are. Nourish it with faith, love, and tenderness. Let it rest on thoughts that lift you, on beliefs that bring you peace. Feed it reminders of your own worth, and invite every part of you to grow in the warmth of compassion and the light of faith.”

~ Shannon Knight

This space wasn’t created to teach you something. It was created to remind you of what’s already in you—peace, faith, and the quiet strength to begin again.

This space was created to remind you of what’s already within your heart—but perhaps you just needed a reminder: faith, love, and courage. Most of all, the ability to surrender all your worries you’ve worked so hard to manage on your own.

If you’ve been trying to hold it all together, I hope this Heart Space inspires you and reminds you to let go and let God take over.

“Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken.”
— Psalm 55:22 (NIV)

"With every step of your journey, God has walked with you; Ahead of you, behind you and always beside you. May His words remind you of how priceless you are to Him, of the strength he gave you in the past and will continue to give you. His love holds you close to Him."
