Lord, I come before you every day for all who need your healing hand and for anyone who calls on me for advice or needs words of encouragement because serious illness has touched their life. I may not have the words or answers they are looking for, but I ask that You give me the patience to listen to them and to guide them in a way that serves them the best. Have you ever felt slighted in a one-sided relationship? Maybe it's a friend that comes to you only when they needed something. My relationship with God used to be like that until 2006. I did not share quality time with God. Mostly I reached out when I needed Him because I was desperate, and I had strong enough faith that He would always hear me and send me answers on what to do.
