And here's the kicker—I never underwent chemotherapy or relied on hormone blockers. Healing completely from stage 4 breast cancer in 2011 is a blessing and it is understandable that people may be confused on what I did to heal. You can contact me here for more answers to questions that may not be on my website contact form When faced with a cancer diagnosis, many of us feel the urge to connect with survivors. Learning What Love is

We gravitate to what we know; the familiar and Michael's love was so gentle, constant, and unique but unfamiliar to me. I thought that the "familiar kind of love," which kind of feels like slipping on a pair of old shoes, is somewhat comfortable but always mixed with pain. It could not work out for us back in 1993.

A Wish Come True

I am cancer-free for 10 years! I made choices for five years starting in 2006 in Tacoma WA, then continued to Seattle WA, then UCLA, and finally, in September 2010 I was facing advanced stage 4 breast cancer and was told that I only had 3-12 months to live. I never gave up and went on to CMN Hospital in San Luis Rio Colorado Mexico where I did alternative cancer treatments. I have NEVER done chemotherapy and am so grateful to be healthy today with cancer far behind me now.

Tenth Anniversary Cancer-Free

I celebrate ten years of being cancer-free. However, I am always sensitive to everybody still trying to heal cancer. I want the same for everyone and I pray this post gives hope and inspiration to people!

I do not believe that healing is spontaneous even though individuals like me who beat it without chemotherapy are put in that category I believe there is so much more to healing than just the physical healing. I addressed other areas as well such as healing emotionally from unresolved trauma, growing in faith spiritually, and mentally I changed my mindset to positive thinking.

A One-Sided Relationship

I learned a valuable lesson on how I could improve and give so much more in my greatest relationship.

Have you ever felt slighted in a one-sided relationship? Maybe it's a friend that comes to you only when they needed something. My relationship with God used to be like that until 2006. I did not share quality time with God. Mostly I reached out when I needed Him because I was desperate, and I had strong enough faith that He would always hear me and send me answers on what to do.

Prayer for Those seeking the divine healing of God,

Lord, I come before you every day for all who need your healing hand and for anyone who calls on me for advice or needs words of encouragement because serious illness has touched their life. I may not have the words or answers they are looking for, but I ask that You give me the patience to listen to them and to guide them in a way that serves them the best. Everyone has a different path. I pray that You show them how to trust themselves if they are afraid, and please give me discernment, so I

My Darkest Hour

My Darkest Hour: A Personal Letter to a Friend. It was Spring, May 2011, just three months after doing alternative cancer treatment at CMN hospital in San Luis, Sonora, Mexico. I had stage 4 breast cancer that had aggressively spread to all lobes of my lungs, bones, and lymph nodes. I was in a lot of pain, terrified, and afraid the treatment was not working. I get emails from brave cancer warriors (Mostly women late stage) asking me how long it took to start noticing my body healing after treatment? My answer is not what you would think
